Protect your Eyes in Style

Whether you're at the beach, at a party, or just hanging out with friends, it's super important to protect your eyes from the blazing sun. Most people focus on lathering on greasy sunscreen (ick), but don't forget about your eyes!
And while you're at it... might as well protect them in style!
Left: Aviators look good on almost any face shape and give a beach outfit a relaxed vibe. The floral underwire bandeau swimsuit stands out against black high waisted shorts, and comfortable sandals are perfect for a long day of walking. And when it gets cold at night during your beach bonfire, beanies keep your ears nice and cozy!
Middle: Cat eye sunglasses make your face look longer and thinner! Look ladylike by pairing these with a ladylike dress, sky-high wedges, and a lacy bow. Purr-fect for a Sunday brunch or outdoor party.
Right: Ray Ban Club Masters are making a comeback - and also protect your skin with a big floppy hat! While shorts with stripes and stars are often classified as tacky, a simple top and bold shoes that follow the neon trend make it more sophisticated.
If you're going to protect your eyes, might as well be fashionable about it!

Spring Into Savings!

Hey everyone! Hope you are all having a terrific Tuesday!

Spring is my favorite season...erm aside from all the pollen, that is. I love spring fashion, but from all my recent spending, not to mention overpriced Disneyland food, my wallet is...crying.

But fear no more, because as we all know, clothes are not the only way to enjoy spring fashion! If you're on a tight budget, just try a new lip color or add an accessory to your look. I guarantee it will transform your outfit.

Spring Makeup

Revlon Lip Butter (Raspberry Tart and Sweet Tart)

Great for a natural tint and moisture !

Pink Blush

A pink blush with no brown/dark undertone will give you a romantic, blushing look

Hair Accessories

DIY Mint Blue Bow

Makes any outfit girly and fun!

Beige Bow Barrette

Since beige is a very sweet and subtle color, it would be perfect for a Friday night date! ;)

Scrunchie

Who says scrunchies are only for tying your hair before washing your face?
With the right design, they can add a little more fun to your lazy, Monday-morning-ponytails

Braids

I guess this one isn't an accessory...

Okay that's all! I hope it was somewhat informative.

Holidaze: What to Wear

Oh, holidays! As we get tired of the overplayed Christmas carols, milk chocolate Santas, and frost-nipped fingers, we feel the stressful holiday season start to set in. With so many get-togethers, dinners, and parties, no one wants to spend a ton of time putting together outfits. Here are a couple outfits with basic holiday pieces that go both day and night:
1. Red Pants: The outfit on the left is casual and perfect for hanging with friends at the mall or going out to lunch. For a toned down tough-girl look, pair a motorcycle jacket with cute leopard flats and awesome accessories. The slouchy bag is perfect for carrying anything you need for the night!

2. Grandpa Christmas Sweaters: Distressed jeans and flats on left make the outfit super comfortable. Wear the same sweater at night with all black on the bottom, from the booties to the tights to the skirt. Find some vintage-looking rings or bracelets to dress it up a bit more.

3. Little Black Dress: During the day, stay casual (and warm) with an infinity scarf and tall boots. Make a statement with a bag in a jewel tone. Put on some accessories and switch out the shoes at night for a classy black-and-gold look!

Have fun at those parties and happy holidays!
